Referral Program
Welcome to the new SciNote referral program, inspired by our amazing users who have been recommending SciNote to others. With the program, we can now ensure everyone gets rewarded - from you, your referral, to both of your labs.
We know we have incredible users who have been recommending SciNote to others. This inspired us to start the new SciNote Referral Program. With the program, you, your referral, and your labs will all receive perks. Here are the steps:
Step 1 Request a Referral Code
Email referral@scinote.net to request a referral code. Include the subject "Referral Code Request" and provide your name and the email address associated with your SciNote account in the content of the email.
You can expect to receive your referral code and additional program details within 24–48 hours of your request.
Step 2 Share the Code
Pass along the referral code and encourage your contacts - who might still using paper for experiment planning and lab notes, and are looking for an ELN to help them plan experiments, organize lab notes, or manage lab inventories, to book a demo meeting with SciNote using this link: https://www.scinote.net/schedule-demo/
Your referral must not be an existing SciNote customer in order for you and your referral to receive the rewards.
Step 3 Get Rewards
As soon as your referral meets with SciNote, both you and your referral will receive a small gift from us as a token of our appreciation. (choose from tumblers, apparel, to other items).
If your referral's lab purchases SciNote, both your and your referral's labs will receive SciNote credit up to $1000 USD depending on the number of users in their new SciNote plan. SciNote credit can be used for the referral's new SciNote plan and your lab's SciNote renewal or add-on features. Plus, you will receive an extra $100 Amazon gift card after the deal is signed.
Your Referral's Lab
Your referral's lab will receive the following SciNote credit based on the number of users in their new SciNote plan*. SciNote credit will be applied toward their plan or any SciNote add-ons they purchase.
- 1-4 user deal: $50 USD SciNote credit
- 5-10 user deal: $150 USD SciNote credit
- 11-25 user deal: $500 USD SciNote credit
- 26+ user deal: $1000 USD SciNote credit
To celebrate the launch of the program, we will add another $50 credit if the referral completes the purchase of SciNote before June 30, 2024!
Your Lab
Your lab will also receive the same amount of SciNote credit your referral's lab is receiving, based on the number of users in the referral's new SciNote plan*. SciNote credit can be used toward your plan - for renewal, additional seats, or any SciNote add-ons that your lab purchases.
To celebrate the launch of the program, we will add another $50 credit if the referral completes the purchase of SciNote before June 30, 2024!
Your Personal Reward
You will also receive a $100 USD Amazon gift card as a toke of our appreciation.
Unable to receive gifts per your company requirements? Please let us know, and we will make a donation on your behalf to a non-profit organization.
- Can I share the referral code to more than one person?
Yes! You are welcome to share the referral code with multiple people. - What if I want to expand SciNote to other labs in my organization (so, technically not a "new customer")?
We would love to help you get some perks and discounts too! Please reach out to premiumsupport@scinote.net for more information. - I know people in academia who could use SciNote. Can I refer them?
The above referral program is only applicable to referrals who sign up for our industry premium plans (Essential, Validated, and Platinum). However, we are working on something for academic researchers! Please email referral@scinote.net, and we will let you know when the referral program for academia is available. - Will the referral program change in the future?
We are testing this referral program in its current shape, so it might change in the future - we reserve the right to modify the program if necessary. However, any credits you've earned will remain valid. - Do SciNote credit have cash value? Can I use it with other discounts or promotion?
SciNote credits have no cash value and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
